As of 2013, there are over 3 million employees in the US that telecommuting and if count freelancers/independent contractors the number goes to over 6 million workers and it is growing.
There are lots of articles and software products for the remote workers but it feels like it is just happening but is it? As a remote worker, what are your biggest pains being remote? Management attitude, peers, communication, or technologies which ones are the big pains in doing your job
