Healthcare Lead Qualifier (Teleworker)

We are growing our team and looking for experienced teleworkers and experienced call center professionals who are available to work remotely Monday thru Saturday (5hr shifts).

Our Customer Experience You will be answering calls and transferring the prospects to live agents that help find the best health plan, policy, and/or service that fits their needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Established teleworkers with experience will be considered first! • At least 18 years of age • A minimum of two (2) years of current inbound/outbound or cold call experience (No exceptions) • A tenacious work ethic
• Tech savvy prospects (experience with CRMs and remote dialing systems a plus) • A computer with high-speed internet(required at least 15 mb/s download speed) • A quiet, private work space in your home  • Experience as a consultative sales representative--building value and offering solutions • Articulate, great listener, and above average typing skills • The ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Fielding calls from a remote location
• Overcoming objections and concerns, and guiding the conversation towards a transfer • Handling 100-200+ inbound calls daily (Monday-Saturday) • Recording all calls and notes in our CRM
• Engage in a follow up call, inquire about the experience, ensure needs were met • Communicate with management on a regular basis (there will be 2-way feedback & coaching opportunities) • Select a shift that you can commit to on a long term basis • 5hr shifts: M-F 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12pm.

JOB OPPORTUNITIES • After the training period you will earn a competitive commission per transfer, depending on the number of transfers. • Average reps make 4-5 transfers per hour; experienced reps close 6+ • Additional earnings can easily match or exceed your hourly compensation 

Training/Probationary Period Your first week will be a training week and your compensation will be $10/hr. Compensation after the training period will be a mix of hourly pay plus commission. All new employees will be evaluated during the initial 30-day probationary period to determine what compensation scale they will qualify for.
