When it comes to customer service, I'm perfectly willing to do live-chat via chat boxes, but I can't take actual phone calls. I am trying to look for something I can do from home. I'm willing to commit to a schedule, I just really need to find work that I can do from my home. Does anyone have advice on places to look that do not require the use of a phone?
